Need help?

Send a note with your phone model, operating-system version, and the step that did not work. Do not include private proof notes or other personal information.

Notifications do not appear

Open your phone’s Settings, find Kept, and confirm that notifications are allowed. Battery-saving modes, Focus modes, and manufacturer policies can delay local reminders.

Remove all Kept data

Kept stores promises and History on your device. Clear the app’s data in Android settings or uninstall Kept. On iPhone, deleting the app removes its local data.

Account or password help

Kept has no account system. You do not need a password, email login, or internet connection to use its reminder and History features.
